So on a day pretty much like today – cold, very wet and dark, we made a life changing decision to leave. Not just leave work or London but both! Leave work, rent the flat out, park the scooter and bugger off.

If you’re going to make a pie, the best role models for that are the Hairy Bikers.

I could never understand how the crackling roast pork in Chinese restaurants gets so crispy and so flavoursome…now I know!
