Last year we went out to China town to see London’s version of the celebrations and were lucky enough to snap a video of the dragon dance. The uniqueness of a Banh Mi not only lies within the French influenced baguette but it’s also the flavourful Viet fillings that make the marriage of the two main ingredients a true love affair.
