Prince of Wales is really good! This was my first experience with Mongolian food and I must say, I LOVED IT!

I am not a big fan of beef, but the dumplings were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I always thought Mongolian food was "Mongolian barbecue", but after coming from Prince of Wales, I know there is more to Mongolian food than that!

Mmm...totally salivating over your photos :)

I learned from my pork belly experience that to get extra crispy crackling, let the skin get all black under the broiler and then use a serrated knife to scrape the charred bits off.

I'm always looking for ways to get potatoes perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft in the centre. Looks like I've just found a new use for the bacon fat I keep stored in my fridge! Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you for your sweet comments on "Snippets". I like your roasted potato recipe. I'm going to try and simmer the cut potatoes in a saucepan before putting them into the oven to roast. I haven't read about that. Thanks!

Let us know if you do try Pho Express on Upper street and what you think of their Banh Mi! Better still if you think you have tried a better one elsewhere and we'll definitely be there. I totally agree one is just not enough...
